We not only request, but insist that characters have proven to be standard additions to Haven's atmosphere before permanent residency is granted.

This has no reflection on the personality of the character, only on the reliability of the posts.

It is undesirable that we make all players members only to have them to discontinue their play with that character and result in hundreds of residents that are never to be found within the castle.

Furthermore, it is required that prior to acceptance and membership that applicants will read the other discriptions of the residents that have already been accepted. This will aid in continuity of style and facilitate comradery between actual residents.

The goal for this summer is to include a password-protected member's area into which only castle members may enter.

The final requirement of accepted membership is completion of the Room submission form.

All members here have their own rooms and reside here within these rooms. In the future individual rooms may be represented by separate chat rooms, however, due to incompatability with AOL servers all chat rooms have so far been vetoed. The search continues for thouroughly compatable chat rooms.

This being the case it is also required that new members will read the room discriptions to understand the layout of the castle as it is given vaguely to allow imagination to play the largest role in our SLs.

To facilitate continuity in all discriptions you will hereby promise that you have acquainted yourself with the previously submitted discriptions and understand that some rewriting will take place merely for the sake of style.
