This is the place if you're thinking about creating your own Home Page but it is slow, some what hard to use and its upload link really leaves something to be desired!
(But It's a FREE ZONE !)

A Large City Zone with lots of neighborhoods to choose from that also allow you to make a home page (2 megs) for no tariff! It has one of the best upload areas I have seen yet. It also has a choise of three different types of editors that are all easy to use with a great help and FAQ area. But if you need lots of room, ( say 10 Megs) they really have the best deal going.
