Different is Good!
The recent changes:
- 3/1/02 -- It's been a l o n g time since my last major update. Today seems to be no different! I've added some pictures of my niece
Morgan and slightly modified my personal information page. I'll probably add a few pictures to my photo album later. Other than that, I don't think I'll make many more changes. Yes, I know a lot of the links are out of date or expired. Yes, I know some of my tastes in music or whatever have changed. I'm still trying to decide whether to completely remodel the site or just give up on it. I guess it will boil down to how bored I get...
- 1/4/99 -- Hmm...I haven't updated this page in a while. I haven't done a whole lot of updating in the last few months, except in my photo album. I just got the internet at my new apartment, though, so hopefully updates will be more regular.
- 7/20 -- I've been pretty busy doing a whole lot of nothing this summer, so I haven't updated my page much. Most of the changes are little things I don't think are worth mentioning here. My photo album has been updated with my graduation pictures (and a bunch of others.) I've also added a bunch of pictures to my
Henri Matisse Art Gallery. Other than that, I've been pretty inactive with this page. I hope to do some more stuff soon, but I'm not sure just what. If you have any ideas, by all means
let me know.
- 5/30 -- I bought a scanner last night (yay!), so I've just added
around 25 new pictures to my
photo album. I hope you
enjoy them!
- 5/23 -- I finally fixed my photo album, since I have been missing a
page since Christmas when I overwrote the wrong file. Now you can see
more pictures of my friends. I also made a few small changes to other
photo pages. I hope to get to a scanner very soon, so hopefully new
pictures will be added in the next week or two.
- 5/10 -- Yes, it is yet another new theme for my front page. This
time I decided on pretty orange flowers. It'll probably change in a
couple weeks (it always does), but it looks good for now!
- 4/27 -- Another day, another new look for my home page! I get so
bored looking at the same thing all the time. I decided to go for a
really pretty red background this time. I found it at
The Groan Zone.
- 4/18 -- I have spent the last few days checking for outdated links,
adding a bunch of new ones, and changing a few backgrounds. My biggest
accomplishment is the addition of a new quotes
page. A lot more quotes should be added soon, just as soon as I can think
of all the funny things my friends are always saying...
- 3/17-3/19 -- I've changed the look of several of my pages. Content
is mostly the same (except for removal of broken links), but now they are
much prettier. My home page has also changed--it is green instead of
orange. This is only temporary. I was bored with the orange one, so I
set up the new one until I can think of a really good design idea. Also,
I've added a bunch of new links on my
miscellaneous page--check it out!
- 3/1 -- Created a general music page
with links to favorite bands and songs. It's far from complete, but it's
a start! (I absolutely love the background--let me know what you think!)
Also, I have a new email address
(mandy@smileyface.com).
I am currently trying to replace my email links with the new
address, but use the one from the main page for a while to make sure I get
the mail.
- 1/31 -- Remodeled my friends
page. I'm not completely happy with it yet, but it's a start!
- 1/3 -- I added around 45 pictures to my
photo album, including
pictures of my Pittsburgh friends and my TEC group! Also, I made
navigation a little easier in the photo album.
- 12/21 -- I have just finished checking the links on my pages. I
fixed a lot of dead/changed links--hopefully everything works now.
- 12/5 -- Added a guestbook to my home page. Let's hope this
one works better than the last one I had! Please sign it--there's nothing
worse than a blank guestbook!
Things that I plan to do soon:
- Add a page about my favorite childhood things
(toys, tv shows, music--this will be heavy on references to the '80s.)
- I want to add a page about Charles in Charge, one of my favorite TV shows. If you know of somewhere (on the Internet, a book, etc.) where I can find info, please
let me know!
- As always, I will be updating my Henri Matisse Art Gallery.
