Meet My Friends

OLD AND NEW

I have many friends:in the neighborhood, friends-from-long-ago and out-of-the-neighborhood.

NEIGHBORHOOD
In the neighborhood, I have 10 friends, including my sisters. My friends are Sarah and Stephanie Elumba, Cereb and Marru Gregorio, Aizza Tan, Donna and Lorra dela Paz, and my sisters, Mariel, Macy and Angel Lazaro.

• SARAH, is 14 years old. She likes music. She also likes to read pocketbooks. She just celebrated her birthday last August 1997.
• STEPHANIE , her 11 year old sister, also likes to read, too. She also likes baking cookies, cakes, and other pastries. She also like playing with her friends specially Angel (my sister!). She last celebrated her birthday last April 15.
• AIZZA is 9 years old. She, too, is also a fan of music and reads pocketbooks. She studies at Immaculate Conception Academy, or ICA. Her birthday is June 4.
• Another friend, CEREB , also studies there. She is 13 years old, since last April 17. She is another fan of music and pocketbooks. But what she really LOVES to do is to talk, talk, and talk with her friends, specially her best friend Mariel.
  
• Cereb's 10 year-old-sister, MARRU , studies at Poveda. She is also a fan of pocketbooks. She also likes to be with her bestfriend, Macy. She still hadn't celebrated her birthday since her birthday is on November.
  
• The 2 newest member of our group of friends are DONNA, and LORRA. Donna is a pocketbook fan. She is 14 years old since last January 1 (yes, I think that's her birthday!). Her sister Lorra is another fan of you-know-what. She is 9 or 10 years old.
  
• MARIEL, MACY, and ANGEL are my sisters and you can find more information about them by clicking on their names.
  

OUT-OF-THE-NEIGHBORHOOD
I also have friends out of the neighborhood. But they are not from school. Nor from the web. My friends are introduced to me by my parents. There are many groups or peers I belong to. But for now, I'm going to be focusing on the present. And I don't know them much because we only see each other mostly during our parents' parties, vacations, etc. And in these peers, my sisters are usually included. So, that makes us 7 + my 3 sisters + me = 11 members in this peer group. Anyway, here they are:

• ANJU - he is Carlo's cousin. He is 12 years old and I think his birthday is also on May. (I'm not really sure.)
• CAMILLLE - she is Trizhia's sister. She is 11 years old, but her birthday is last May and I don't know now, (you may think 12 but the problem is I forgot the day when someone told me that she's 11!).
• CARLO - he is 11 years old, I think. His birthday is on November 30.
• MARTEL - he is also 11. And someone told me that his birthday is also on August.
• TRIZHIA - she is Camille's sister (duh!). She's 16 years old, I think.
• XANDRA - she is Zap's sister and she is 7 years old.
• ZAP - he is 13. His birthday is on October 1.

FRIENDS-FROM-LONG-AGO
My friends-from-long-ago are JILL DIONES and LENG-LENG MERCHADESCH. Since grade 3, Jill and I were friends. We both like to play and talk and read pocketbooks specially Sweet Valley and The Baby-Sitters Club. Even now, before we move, we keep in touch with each other. We write to each other, visits each other, send postcards and pictures to each other, we even lent books through mail. Leng-Leng Merchadesch and I were friends since I were in grade 2 or even before that! We like to play Hide-and-Seek, play ball, and we like to pretend when we were little.
