This looks really interesting. I know I only lived in VA Beach for the three years of high school (Navy Brat as were many of my
friends). I was one of the Thoroughbreds - the first graduating class at Green Run to attend all three years. Would love to help
but am probably limited as I am on the West Coast. Let me know what I can do. I know of one classmate who is deceased. I

I haven't managed to get very far from Tidewater, at least not permanently. Since finishing high school, I've spent one summer in the south of France, four months working as a gov't contractor in Germany, and one month on an archaeology dig in Bogota, Colombia. I'm currently a Teaching Assistant for the Department of English at VCU, where I am pursuing an MFA in Poetry. I'll be studying in Scotland this summer (98) at the Glasgow School of Art. If anyone has some useful insight about the area, or the UK in general, I'd love to hear from you
