The BVA Band!

The Band!!! The one thing worth going to school for!!
Well, usually. Anyway, the band is what I look forward to everyday. I love music and this is how I express it. Our year is always busy. In August we have 2 wks. of band camp learning the drill and all of the songs for football season. September thru November are football games and a couple parades here and there. December thru Feburary are basketball games and the few pep rallys that we have. December is also the Band, Chorus, and Jazz Band Concert. There really isn't too much in March, but in April we go on the band trip. This year we went to N.Y. (theme of which was Shit n' balls) and we had a great time. In May are the Jazz Band and Chorus Concert, and finally the Spring Band Concert. The last thing we play in for the year is Graduation. So as you can see we've had a busy year, and in 3 wks we get to start all over again. Once Gregg helps me I'll get some pictures from the trip on here. But, here's what we played on the trip.

I really can't tell how well the band is doing cause I haven't heard them yet, but the drumline is sounding awesome!
