Loulie was born on 10 July 1996 in Frederick County, Maryland. I adopted Him from the Frederick County Humane Society on 10 October 1996. He has been neutered, as all males should be. Let Him serve as an example for all you worms out there.

Loulie has piercing green eyes, and, as such, sometimes likes to vary His collar wardrobe. He can choose from a selection of dark blue, light blue (a gift from His Uncle Andy), lime green, black, teal, maroon, and purple collars. They are all breakaway collars with bells. For special occasions, He likes to wear His black bowtie collar. Recently, Loulie received two Coach collars. One is red leather and the other is black leather. He looks adorable in them. Numerous kudos to Coach for making them safety collars!!
