Thanks to J Bryant at WestHollywood/4511/, here are some tips for using Themes at GeoCities, it takes some work, but it can be done.
Note: I don't have GeoPlus, so any suggestions for this page are appreciated.
You
Must Have GeoPlus, you have to be able to use the subdirectories.
Use
the MS Web Publisher Wizard (or FTP), or the built in publisher in the FrontPage Explorer.

All
of the theme files are not necessary for the web page to work, but rather than figuring
out which one is which, you can upload all of them from the _themes directory in the
frontpage web.
The
longest part is always the first time that you upload the site. Once all of the main files
are there, it will be easier to update and add to the site. After all, you learn as you go
along.
The following is the list of directories to create and file types to upload. If it is incomplete, or you have any other suggestions or corrections for this page. Please let me know.
