This is a subject that I think about allot. My youngest daughter could have very easily been one of these kids about 16 years ago. She had a guy try to lure her with candy right in front of our apartment door. I thank God that I had instilled into her what to do when a stranger approaches you. She ran in the house when he did and by the time I got out there he was no where to be found. I feel for these children and their families and just hope that this page can help even just one of them.
