This is how to add a few sample links to the Frames Page you created in FP Frames 1. It is important to note that when you want to link to a page, and display it in the display frame of your frames page, set the target frame to frdisplay. When you want to link to another page, and have it replace your frames page, set the target frame to _top.

When making links to other pages, you can use the following values for the TARGET of the Hyperlink.
name | Specifies to load the link into the targeted window or frame. The window must begin with an alphanumeric character to be valid. When using frames, if you want to load a page into a frame, set the target, to the name of the frame you want the page loaded into.
_blank | Load the link into a new blank browser window.
_parent | Load the link into the immediate parent of the document the link is in.
_self | Load the link into the same window the link was clicked in.
_top | Load the link into the entire window, replaces any frames that are being displayed.
After your frames page is working, you may want to make it your home page. To make your frames page your home page, use the FrontPage Explorer and:
Rename index.html to oldindx.html
Rename frmain.htm to index.html
