A very good batter!!
Beer Batter
1 cup (stale) beer
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Mix ingredients together and let stand at least a few hours. Shake fish in flour then dip in batter. Fry till golden brown.
