Good dumplings for soups!



Egg Dumplings

1 cup flour
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup milk
1 TBSP. vegetable oil

Beat egg, then add all other ingredients. Drop by teaspoon full in boiling water.

If you are making chicken, beef or other soup, dumpling can be dropped in and steamed for 15 minutes.
