Schaum Torte
6 egg whites
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg whites untill stiff enough to hold peaks. Beat in sugar 2 TBSP. at a time 3 times. Beating thoroughly each time. Add vanilla and vinegar and rest of sugar and fold in. Pour in greased spring form. Bake in 275 degree oven one hour or longer.
