1 lb. lobster tail cooked to perfection
lots of butter
1 pkg. cheap hot dogs
1 pkg. hot dog buns
catsup and mustard

Prepare the Lobster one hour before the family is expected home and eat. When it's time to serve Hubbie and family do it picnic style where everyone serves themselves. Tell them all to eat as much as they want, you're not to hungry tonight!
