We spent a great week at South Padre Island on Texas' Gulf coast.

We found Sandy Feet at Sandcastle Central on the Web. We arranged for her to give us a sandcastle building lesson. It was GREAT! Jim enjoyed it the most though... he spent the better part of the week building castles in the sand (I suppose that's better than castles in the air!)

Our finished product! I have to admit that I didn't really contribute anything to this effort. I spent half the time shopping, and the second half reading a great book called "The Fourth Estate" by Jeffrey Archer. But, they dragged me into the picture anyways!

This is Greg and I parasailing...... it's beautiful but he was just a little nervous (although he won't admit it now!!!)

Now this is something that I could use a class in!!! The boys will be beating me at this game pretty soon...

And at night, there is nothing like a game of cards! At least until the grown-ups say "Time for bed!"

Relaxing on our balcony..... I wish I could live on the beach like this all the time.....
