WHO AM I?
I am a 41 year old Capricorn who loves life.
I am a counsellor.
I am a front line worker at a homeless shelter and a caregiver at a transitional housing space for those living with HIV.
I enjoy working with the clients that are a perfect blend of broken,
entertaining, sad, and hopeful.
At times I definitely have my own troubles put in to perspective.
I like to keep busy.
I know that I love a challenge so whatever
I do it has to be the kind of work where it is on the edge.
I have had the opportunity to meet some beautiful people
in this field of work.
People with pure intentions and hearts of gold.
And at my places of employment
- while each is in the social services area -
offer me the opportunity to work with very diverse groups of people.
The experience is priceless.
The people who work in this field are so
giving, warm, funny and affectionate.
It is where I want to be.
I just feel my reason for being here is to help people.
I care.
A FEW OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS
Roses, roses, roses, being in love with Jake,
getting to know my little brother Martin, my ME sisters,
hanging with the pagans, being with Jake, travelling,
the Walker Clan, studying various spiritual paths, looking at Jake,
reading, eccentric behaviour, thunderstorms, hanging out with Jake,
children, people watching, silver, chatting on msn, loving Jake,
visiting Louise and her four angels, singing loudly in my car,
smiling, being silly, learning new things and my all-time favourite ....
listening carefully to the messages from my Rice Krispies.

Jake and I plan to be handfasted in the future. <br>
I want to continue working with my clients doing front line work. <br>
The most important thing I see for my future is to be happy. <br>
I want to live communally and simply. <br>
I thank the god/dess each night for the blessings in my life. <br>
I just want to live the happily ever after. <br>
