  On the bus this morning A man on the bus this morning A young man A decent looking young man Who grabs the seats On a crowded bus And then looks around Up and about Innocently Oblivious To the standing crowd around him A woman on the bus this morning A middle-aged woman A well dressed middle-aged woman Who pushes past others On a crowded bus To get to a double seat And then sits down Most happily On the outer seat The aisle seat And looks most contented And most oblivious To the standing crowd around her A man on the bus this morning An old man A rather loud old man Who yells unintelligibly On a crowded bus In some dialect At his grandchildren Or his kids Or his wife He just yells Oblivious To the standing crowd around him A couple on the bus this morning A young couple A very much in love young couple Who stood in the aisle On a crowded bus Next to each other And blissfully obstructed traffic Oblivious To the standing crowd around them A man on the bus this morning Another young man Was not particularly happy I bloody hate Singapore
