The WHAY Conference was held in Appleton, Wisconsin on October 21st, 1998. There was about 300 people there. Youth groups came as far as Wausau for the conference. It was nice to see new faces and old faces. I surely enjoyed it!! For those who couldn't make it, you guys missed out on praise. It was long but it was grrrreat!!
