My Moist Experience

If you have never had the honour of meeting Moist then you don't know what you missing so I'm gonna let you know! If you have already then you know just how great it can be! My Moist Exprience took place at the 1997 Juno Award's and was by far the best night of my life! It all started when my cousin and I snuk backstage after the show. We were just walking around and runing into a lot of very cool people. Of corse there was only one person who I really was just dying to meet but honustly didn't think I would....David Usher the totaly hot lead singer of Moist. So, we were walking backstage and my cousin pointed out that David Usher was just down the hall! Of corse I didn't believe him, but I had to check anyway! Sure enough there he was signing autographs! Well'I immediatly positioned myself next to him and waited for him to finish signing the autographs he was doing. Then I was finaly the only one with him and so I asked for his autograh. Of corse he said yes and signed my book. I was thrilled! I told him how I had seen them live and I loved it every time. After I had his autograph I asked if I could get a picture taken with him which he agreed to! At first we had some tecnical problems with the camera which really concerend me, but luckily we had an extra camera that finaly decided to co-operate. David being the nice guy he is put his arm around me for the pic and I smiled like crazy! Then for my most daring experience I asked David if I could have a hug. Of corse at first he laughed but did agree and made me the happiest person in the whole world! By this time I was crying and was continualy asked if I was going to be ok. OK? I was gonna be GREAT for a long long time! After my meeting with David I met Paul and got my picture taken with him and got him to sign my book. He was also very nice, even when security came and he made sure we wern't kicked out! Finaly I met Mark. At this point the group was trying to escape through the back door, but Mark invited us to walk with them so he could sign my book and get my pic with him. He even had his own "pen" which ended up being a marker to sign my book with. After that Moist pulled their dissaperaring act leaving me the more greatful and happier then I ever thought possible! Now I have these pictures all over my room and in every photo book I own. Of corse the best picture of all (Me & David) got put on a shirt which hangs on my wall when I'm not wearing it. They may have not realized how happy they made me that night but I wanted to try to let as many people as I could know about just how good it was.
