Adam & Kelley

The bond between mother and newborn is what I wanted to show in this portrait, all I did was have Kelley lean in close to Adam, so he could see her face clearly, and make 'mmm' noises to him . .he supplied the smile on cue . .and the portrait was made.  Kelly bought a bunch of copies of this pose, along with other more traditional baby pics, and I had a 16 x 20 print made for display in the Studio's front window.  Two days after the print went on display, I had 4 newborn sittings booked, and Kelley's Dad called, wanting to buy the sample!  I kept the sample, and had a new copy made for him.
