INSTRUCTIONS: -

  3. Fill this form out with all details.
  4. Have this page printed at your nearest printer twice. One copy is for us, with your signature. Keep the   other for your own reference.
  5. Enclose the correct payment with the copy you send to us. See address at bottom.
  6. Klick the 'Send' button.  That's it!
  7. Put the order form with correct payment in a non-transparent envelope. Place the money between two cards of postcard thickness or wrap in aluminium foil, in order to avoid possibility for someone to trace what is inside. For safety reasons, we recommend you send by Registered Air Mail.
