LyonFyre, Margaret, was born in Montebello, Calif., a little town inside Los Angeles County. I graduated from Montebello Sr. High School in 1961. I have two grown children, one grandchild and one x-husband.
In 1970, I was up-rooted and transplanted in Cave Junction, Oregon, "the gate way to the Oregon Caves," where I still live and have run my own beauty salon for the past 28 years.
My interests lie in painting, oils and acrylics, and I am a "writer-want-to-be." My love of music varies, from Oldies to Classic piano and Celtic sounds, especially the dulcimer. And I cannot turn away from Nicholas Gunn and his flute.
I am also an avid reader of subjects as varied as my choice of music. I am also a Sci-Fi fan: Star Trek, Babylon 5, etc. If anything can be said of me, it is: "Just when you think you have her figured out, she changes."
My favorite saying: "What you do when no one is looking is who your character is."
My deepest thought: "We are all leaves floating on the winds of life, with neither rudder nor sail, and at the mercy of fate's currents."
