This is what I've been doing in my spare time aside from drawing and sketching, and hanging out with my pals. My very own Final Fantasy VII Page. Final Fantasy VII is an RPG (Role Playing Game) created by Squaresoft. The game is available on Sony Playstation Consoles and PCs now (PC Version released June 1998).
It is about the Planet and its planned destruction by Sephiroth, a half-Cetra and half-Human, through summoning the Meteor (kinda-Armageddonish if ya ask me, but this came first before the movie, take note). He was made by Professor Hojo (his 'father') through Lucresia, a beautiful woman who carried him in her womb for 9 months.
And then there is the hero of the game, Cloud Strife, who claimed that he was a SOLDIER First Class (Shin-Ra Inc.'s top fighters and soldier-types) who joins Barret Wallace, the leader of AVALANCHE, the 'terrorists' group. There Cloud meets again his childhood friend (and crush) Tifa Lockheart. Tifa owns a bar which is also the Avalanche's headquarters located in Sector 7 Slums. Cloud was offered to bomb Shin-Ra's Mako Reactor (a machine thing that sucks up Mako, a powerful energy and the said 'life' of the Planet) because Shin-Ra is destroying the Planet, and this is Barret's revenge (I think) to the company for destroying his hometown, Corel.
After bombing the reactor, Cloud meets Aeris Gainsborough, the last surviving Cetra (Ancients who first inhabited the Planet), who is selling flowers (which is rare in Sector 7 Slums). They met again after the Avalanche bombed another reactor and Cloud fell on Aeris's flowerbed inside a Church (hmmm). There he and Aeris were attacked by Shin-Ra troops and Reno of the Turks, but they escaped them and then, well, the rest is history. Aeris joins Cloud's and Avalanche's mission to destroy Shin-Ra Inc. and Sephiroth to save the Planet. Though Aeris's story isn't a fairy-tale happy ending (ok, I'll spoil it to ya, she died before the ending in Disc 1, killed by Sephiroth) but she did sacrifice her life to save the Planet and all its inhabitants.
The game is composed of 3 Discs (really long), but really well worth it. This game is the best one I have played! I thought FF Tactics is good, but its nothing compared to VII. Oh yeah, if you're interested, I finished Disc 1 with the time 20:30... yep man, 20 hours and 30 minutes, but because I frequently got lost (I'm farking stupid with directions and maps and stuff). The second disc with 16:45, and the 3rd disc, about just an hour.
