Enemy replacements for Duke Nukem 3D

On this page i present you some enemy replacements for Duke Nukem 3D.
You might already know some of them. However, i changed previously existing versions of them to be playable not only with v. 1.3d, but also with v. 1.4/1.5.

DavidArt v. 2: david2.zip ( 910 kb)
Author: David Sandberg
The lizard trooper is now a spider. The Octabrain is replaced with a picture of the author. The pistol is replaced with a minigun (new con, gfx and sound).
This add-on was originally released as davidard.zip for 1.3d only. This version 2 is playable with v. 1.3d/1.4/1.5 of Duke3d (see included text-file for details).

Dopefish replaces the shark cheat: dopshark.zip (483 kb)
The sharks are replaced by dopefish.
With this add-on you can replace the shark of Duke3d with dopefish graphics by Chuck Jones. This replacement can be made either permanently or enabled/disabled from within the game. See installation instructions in the textfile of dopshark.zip.
This works with v. 1.3d and also v. 1.4/1.5 of Duke3d.
Authors:
Chuck Jones (author of the graphics), Megazoid (inserted the gfx into tiles006.art and made dopefish.map), Photon Man (autor of the con hack that makes the DopeFish Cheat possible)
Check http://www.dopefish.com for more info about The Dopefish.
The *Drone 2 Cheese* patch, Version 2: cheesev2.zip (530 kb)
Author: Mats Blixt
E-mail: mats.blixt@mailbox.swipnet.se
The robot drones are replaced by pieces of cheese.
This thing was originally released as cheesev1.zip.
In version 2 are some problems fixed and it's now playable with 1.3d/1.4/1.5.

Stormtrooper v. 2.0:liz2str2.zip (115 kb)
Author: The mighty little dragon (joe) , from chile southamerica
Email: festigal@cmet.net
A Star Wars Stormtrooper replaces the Liz Trooper in Duke Nukem 3D.
This thing was originally available as liz2str.zip. This version 2.0 has some bugs fixed. The sprites are now on the correct place and resized. It should work now without any problems.

Fateye: fateye.zip (372 kb)
A big eyeball replaces the Fat Commander in Duke Nukem 3D.
This stuff was originally a enemy replacement for Doom, where the big eye replaced the Cacodemon. You can get the original (Doom-)file and it's relating text-file here:
http://www.gamers.org/pub/idgames/graphics/eyeball.zip (34 KB)
http://www.gamers.org/pub/idgames/graphics/eyeball.txt
It was uploaded 1994, a long time ago. The author does not mention his/her name.
Green Ass: greenass.zip (90 kb)
The assault trooper and assault captain are replaced by a funny green ass with arms and legs.
It's time to kick ass! :)
This add-on was made originally by the Hielscher brothers for DooM in the year 1996.
I changed it to be playable with Duke3d (v. 1.3d, 1.4, 1.5).
You can get the original (Doom-)file and it's relating text-file here:
http://www.gamers.org/pub/idgames/graphics/buttv10.zip (146 KB)
http://www.gamers.org/pub/idgames/graphics/buttv10.txt

House of TEN v. 2: tenhous2.zip (1,39 MB)
This file features:
A new enemy, called *Mr. Bandwith* replaces sound and art of the Octabrain (Mr. B. with red eyes) and the flying robot drone (Mr. B. with green eyes).
A new *barmusic.voc*, that features the song "Mr. Bandwith", a parody to that popular "Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream..." -oldie.
A single- and dukematch-map, called *tenhouse.map*. It was a tribute to the nowadays no longer existing multiplayer-portal TEN. Because of this, vou can see all the TEN-logos and portraits of the TEN-staff in the map.
*House of TEN* was originally released under the file-name: *Tenhouse.zip*.
This is *House of TEN v. 2*, because the file *Tiles007.art* (originally created with v. 1.3d), has been updated with the missing atomic graphics, that are required to fight against the new enemies within not only v.1.3d, but also any v. 1,4/1.5-Duke3D-map.

Pumpfix: pumpfix.zip (510 kb)
These art files replace the pigcops with HappyFace Men with Rifles.
They are playable with all versions of Duke3d (v. 1.3d,1.4,1.5)
Pacocta v. 2: pacocta2.zip (417 kb)
These art- and sound-files replace the Octabrain with Pacman.
This PacOcta-add-on was originally uploaded to DukeWorld/Cdrom.com in a v. 1.3d only version.
I have added the missing atomic graphics to the art-file.
It is now playable with all versions of Duke3d (v. 1.3d,1.4,1.5).
The Pacman-graphics are from from PACMAN DOOM by Bill Neisius (bill@solaria.hac.com):
[/idgames-ftp-archives]/themes/pacman/pacdoom.zip (77 KB)
[/idgames-ftp-archives]/themes/pacman/pacdoom.txt
Neisius has also released a wolf3d-version of that enemy-replacement:
WOLFENSTEIN MEETS PACMAN
http://www.gamers.org/pub/archives/wolf3d/graphics/wolfnpac.zip
http://www.gamers.org/pub/archives/wolf3d/graphics/wolfnpac.txt
The 3d model of pacman, that has been used by Bill Neisius as a base for his Wolf3d- and DooM-enemy-replacements, was created by Ville Saari.
He has ported the source code of his model from DKB to PovRay and released it on his homepage: http://vs.iki.fi/raytrace/
DRONE 2 DOPEFISH v. 2: dron2do2.zip (485 kb)
These art- and sound-files replace the flying roboter drone with the Dopefish. It was originally released as dron2dop.zip for v. 1.3d by Roland Blais (roland@greatbasin.com). I have added the missing atomic graphics to the art-file.
It is now playable with all versions of Duke3d (v. 1.3d, 1.4, 1.5).
Lameocta v. 2: lameoct2.zip (368 kb)
This art-file replaces the Octabrain with his cool-looking older brother from LAMEDUKE. This add-on was originally uploaded to DukeWorld/Cdrom.com in a v. 1.3d only version.
I have added the missing atomic graphics to the art-file.
It is now playable with all versions of Duke3d (v. 1.3d,1.4,1.5).
Teletubbies: teletubb.zip (201 kb)
Teletubbies are replacing the Predator Trooper.
You can do now what you have ever dreamed about: Kill all Teletubbies!
The base to this stuff (included in *tubby.zip*) is a replacement of the octabrain with the teletubbies. The autor removed all the graphics except for the actor-tiles. I resized the graphics to half of their original size and used them for the Predator Trooper.
They are now playable with any v. 1.3d/1.4/1.5-map.
Flying Head: flyhead.zip(463 kb)
This replaces the octabrain with a flying female head.
Author: HENK Gierveld (h.gierveld@med.rug.nl) made these graphics for his DOOM-Wad "x-rated". If you are a DOOM-player, look out for "x-rated.zip". Some of his graphics are used for this Octabrain-replacement with his permission.
It is playable with all versions of Duke3d (v. 1.3d,1.4,1.5).
Slimebabe v. 2: slmebab2.zip (548 kb)
Author: SteamChip@aol.com
Female faces are replacing the slime creature.
(Small note about v. 2: This file was previously released under the name "slmebabe.zip". It was only playable with v. 1.3d. In v. 2, the art-file is updated with the missing atomic graphics to make it playable with all versions of Duke3D: v. 1.3/1.4/1.5).

Enjoy!

Greetings
Funduke
