The apartment

 

The apartment is modern having been constructed 1993-4. It is in a small block of apartments two stories high, near the centre of this quaint village. There is a communal internal garage beneath the apartments with locking doors. The entrance, stairs and passages are light, airy and tiled. The apartment is on the first floor and it contains the following:
Three double bedrooms (two with twin beds, the other with a double bed) all with wardrobes.
A fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, central heating and hot water boiler.

Two bathrooms both with showers, WC’s, hand basins, bidets, one has a full size bath and the other a three quarter bath.
The apartment has a spacious passage and entrance hall with coat hooks and cupboards. A large sitting / dining room with pine table, 6 chairs and sideboard, a settee and armchair (these will make additional beds), a radio / CD / tape player, TV, video and coffee table, a large patio window opens out onto the small balcony.
The apartment is tiled throughout, double glazed and has gas central heating.

It comes equipped with the following :- iron and ironing board, hairdryer, small fan heater, electric fan, electric kettle and toaster and hand liquidizer. It is fully equipped with glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, table linen, bed linen and towels.
