Our philosophy is based on the latest research on learning,
and incorporates the insights generated by educators and psychologists.
Basically, they point us to the fact that
human beings are born “hard-wired”
to explore, to achieve, to master, to aspire, to love, to share,
to create, to grow, to dream, to give meaning to their lives
and to form communities based on trust and acceptance.

In order to be successful adults children today need to develop:
High self-esteem
A positive attitude towards others
Confidence in themselves
A sense of responsibility for self and others
Initiative to problem solve
Motivation, focus and persevere
to think critically, to analyze and synthesize information
to communicate effectively
to co-operate/collaborate with others
to appreciate diversity
to have an environmental awareness
to see oneself as a global citizen.
'The true aim of education is to
awaken real powers
of perception and judgement
in relation to life and living.
For only such awakening
can lead to true freedom.'
- Rudolf Steiner.
