Hi everybody,
 
Well it is less than a month to got, four weeks to be exact and some of you still haven't sent in your registrations. If it is because you haven't received the form then please let me know and I will get it to you, or you can down load it from our website.
You can fill it in on line and send your cheque to Ian Seabrook, just annotate that fact on the form.
 
Here is the programme for the two days and nights the only thing to finalise now is a bus for Friday night and for this we need to know numbers so please get those forms to me asap.

Thursday 15 th May

 

Registrations and Meet and Greet evening

 

Location Westview Lounge

 

1430 hrs:           Registrations begin. Bar opens and drinks may be purchased until

                  2200hrs.

 

1800 hrs:           Light ‘finger food’ refreshments will be served.

 

Friday 16 th May

 

Museum Visit

 

1000 hrs:           Meet at the Air Force World Museum for guided tours.

 

1200 hrs             Lunch at the Museum Cafeteria at your own expense.

 

1300 hrs             Tour Museum workshops and aircraft storage area.

 

Reunion Dinner

 

Location All Sports bar and Lounge ( This venue is upstairs and an elevator is on site )

 

1800 hrs           Bar opens and also wine may be purchased by the bottle.

 

1900 hrs           Reunion dinner commences. The entrée will be served to

                the table.

 

2230 hrs           Bar closes but drinks may still be purchased from the main

                   bar downstairs.
