Dear Members and Parents
I am writing to inform you that due to lack of leaders and that I will be on a period of maternity leave, Youth Club will close for just over a year until October 2004.
We will have a goodbye for now party/BBQ/Disco on the 7th July 2003 let me know what you want to do guys!! And then club will close, unless we can find a new team to step into the breach, in which case this will be advertised on the radio, website and I will write to you all to let you know.
The Youth Club e-mail and website will remain open and would love to know how you are getting on and the low down of all the gossip!! On a serious note, please feel free to e-mail or get in touch should you have any problems or need advice, if there is a particular leader you would like to get in touch with please specify and this can be arranged.
