Everything in [] is my comment. This is an unedited version and plenty of typographic and grammatical errors are expected.

Hanaukyou Tarou offers flowers to his mother's grave. Now that she has passed away, he is alone and has no choice but to go to Tokyo, where his only relative, grandfather, lives.

He is walking in the middle of mountain with a map in his hand and wonders if this is really Tokyo. It seems that his idea, Tokyo is a big city where the water taste horrible, is completely wrong. His grandfather, whom Tarou has never met, may be enjoying hermit-like life in this remote area.

Tarou eventually comes out of the woods to a flat land but cannot believe what he sees, a huge estate like a palace. Then he sees an army of house maids rushing out of the building to welcome him and one of them [Ringo] kisses him.

OP

After a really passionate kiss, Ringo finally lets him go and explains to the stunned boy that this is the tradition of the house. All the other girls want to give him the same welcome but a voice of another girl saves the troubled boy [well barely ^_^;;]. "Wait, everybody! Our master is troubled!" The girl, with a long purple [it is supposed to be blue in the original manga], introduces herself as Mariel, "I've been looking forward to seeing you for a long time." Her beauty and ladylike attitude enchants him for a while but soon he realises he must find out one thing. "Is this my grandpa's place!?" Mariel's answer is something he didn't imagine, "No. It's yours, Tarou-sama."

Mariel takes Tarou to a small projection room and shows a short film made by his grandfather, Hokusai. The film shows the Hokusai Island, a tropical island, and a lot of [apparently 53 ^_^;;] pretty girls enjoying themselves in [or without ^_^;;] swimming costume. Hokusai tells him, although Tarou's mother [his only child] infuriated him when she left the family to run away with an unsuccessful artist, he has now decided to transfer the headship of the family to Tarou because she at least preserved the name of Hanaukyou. Hokusai will enjoy himself for the rest of his life in this "paradise."

Tarou's first impression of the film "Where in the film my grandpa was!? What the hell is this film?" But Mariel isn't disturbed at all with this bad-taste [or fan-serving ^_^;;] film, and only says, "It is his taste." Tarou wants to say a few more harsh words but her gentle smile stops him doing so. She declares, "You're here at last. From now on, I'll serve you as hard as I can, my master." [As you may know, the Japanese language can omit the subject and she might have meant "we" here.]

They walk down a palace-like corridor, which fully shows his grandfather's taste again [all I can spot is Rei ^_^;;], to the toilet. While Tarou is half impressed and half appalled by its grandness, three girls appear to help him. Of course, he doesn't need, nor want, any help in such a situation but the girls are persistent. After a desperate struggle, he loses and wets his pants. Even then, the three girls aren't disturbed. They cheerfully strip him off to give him clean clothes.

In the evening, Tarou finally relaxes himself alone in a huge bath. Alone!? He looks around quickly but doesn't find anyone aroud. He recollects what has happened to him today. Such a fortune is too a big thing for the poor boy to accept easily and all these pretty maids are mere torture for Tarou, who is allergic to women.

Then the three girls suddenly appear from the water to serve the boy at the bath. They want to give him a good wash and Tarou duely refuses. But his outright refusal hurts the girls badly, who look him up with tears in their eyes. Tarou has no choice but feels guilty to refuse their sincere service, "Err... please go ahead..." The girls are delighted and start washing him with their own body, which is more than he can endure. Pinched between their bodies, he manages to ask, "Who in the world are you!?" The girls realise that they haven't introduced themselves properly yet. They are, Ichigo [Strawberry], Ringo [Apple] and Sango [Coral] and leading members of his Royal Personal Battalion. A battalion indeed. Immediately dozens of naked girls appear from the water to serve him ^o^;;

Tarou regains his consciousness in his bed to find Mariel by his bed. She has been nursing him in the room alone. He somehow feels at home with her and, when she reproaches him for calling her "Mariel-san", not "Mariel", he insists she should call him "Tarou" in return. She refuses naturally at first but eventually gives in to call him "Tarou-sama." It is not what Tarou wanted but is still an improvement and acceptable. He wants to know why these girls gave his such an extreme "service." Mariel answers that it was his grandfather's order to make Tarou comfortable. They are just loyal as a servant.

Seeing Tarou is all well now, Mariel leaves the room, saying good night. Tarou does realise that he somehow loses words before Mariel's smile and wonders why his allergy doesn't react to her alone. But he is too tired to be pensive now after a hard day and decides to sleep, "After all, I have nowhere else to go..." Yet he seems to be denied even peaceful sleep in this house; the three girls have been hiding in his bed to give him the final service of the day *^_^*
