Everything in [] is my comment. This is an unedited version and plenty of typographic and grammatical errors are expected.

A man is standing in front of a strange tube, emitting faint green light. In the tube floats a spherical object sealed by mystic talismans. He calls it "Angel Heart Modified" and believes it is the last trump to save the mankind. He turns back to look at a young naked girl on the wall, Kurumi, who is unconscious and surrounded with various wires.

OP

In a busy town, which looks like Japan in the early 20th century (or the Taishou Era), a boy in a white costume, Nakahito, is dragged by his three friends. They want to go the mansion of Akuma-hakase [Dr. Devil], where the scientist is said to have killed a woman for his experiment and her head in formalin is still weeping. Nakahito doesn't understand why he has to go to such a place but his friends wants him, a boy born to a family of Onmyoudou priests, as a safeguard against the possible appearance of the ghost.

At an Army base, soldiers, lead by an old general and woman scientist, are preparing a large machine for a maneuver. They are after someone who has run away from the Army and the general tells her to capture him, even if the civil life might gets hindered a little.

The boys are disappointed to see the road to the mansion is closed by the Army as a safety measure; a truck loaded with explosives is going to pass the area. Even the reckless boys don't dare to defy that... at least openly. But the leader of the boys takes them to an outlet of the underground water path. He knows it leads to the back of the mansion.

In the meantime, the truck with the large machine arrives at the mansion. The machine seems very heavy as its tires make deep tracks. An officer reports to the woman that there is no evidence to suggest for the man to have left the mansion. She seems to know the man, Dr Ayanokouji.

The boys have come to the back side of the mansion and find a hole, a ventilation duct for the basement. They send (or drop) Nakahito into the dark basement. He manages to land into the room without a major injury but his cry for help is duly ignored by his friends. So he has to explore the building for an exit. He comes to a room with a lot of scientific equipments. A bed with belts, probably to restrict patients, and variety of biological samples in the room are enough to scare the poor boy. He quickly leaves the room into another, where he sees light at a door on the other side. Then he hears noise in the room he is going to leave.

The three boys outside hear a machine noise. Two of them think it is a roar of Akuma-hakase. Suddenly birds around them fly away into the sky and that is the last straw. The boys get out of the mansion in panic.

Having confirmed there is no one, Nakahito walks into the next room. He finds a girl with short blonde hair. It isn't real. To his relief, it's an image of a detailed plan [of a robot?] reflected on a mirror. As he approaches to the plan, his foot hits something. It is a young girl in a house maid clothes, sitting on a floor with her legs sprawled out. This is enough to send the boy into a panic but soon he realises the girl does not move, with her eyes tightly shut. He suspects she is a doll and tries to touch her to confirm his suspicion.

Just then the entire building gets shaken. "An earthquake?" The vibration is big enough to the upper half of the girl's body to fall down... on to him! He tries to dodge but is not quick enough. Her lips touches his and the green spherical object [in her body] lights up. Nakahito is surprised because her lips are soft and thinks perhaps she may not be a doll. As if to respond to his new idea, the girl wakes up and jumps on to the boy, "My Master!" She gives him a passionate hug.

A middle-aged man runs into the room. He is shocked to see the scene. "Kurumi, how have you got booted up?" He cannot make any further comments as the wall and ceiling of the room gets destroyed by a giant robot, with the woman scientist on it.
