I found something I hate more than 50 manuscripts...wardrobe. Yup, I was the prop and wardrobe assistant for this show. Of course that was my unofficial title seeing as that I yet again left out of a CCP program. Anyhow, I have to hand it to Julia, wardrobe is hard, and I don't like it. My main job was to remove all of the blood stains from the white costumes. It was terrible! The bleach stung my eyes and I destroyed two shirts. After a while, and people can vouch for me, I was seriously high because I inhaled too much bleach! As for props, it was like ...Brodie. I had few props to take care of and it was a vacation compared to Wonderful Town. Still, Tish and Joelle helped me out and we all became fast friends. Sappy, I know, but true. It seemed that I was completely isolated from the cast and crew of Sweeney Todd. I just didn't feel as though I was in my place. But as I look back I realize that I was more accepted into the CCP family than I ever was. I got to know more of the production staff and the "major players" of CCP. I cannot wait for next year's season because I will finally have my intership!!! Yay!!! Maybe I'll finally get into the program, eh?
