Growing in God's Word

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)

To be able to study and understand the inspired Word of God is one of the greatest privileges that has ever been given to man. There are (1) those who have been blinded to the truth.
I count it a honor to be be numbered with the Saints of God, to be able to read and understand, and to be able to share these studies with you; but, it is also a responsibility not to be taken lightly. (2)Paul warns us about allowing our 'liberty' to express ourselves to become a stumblingblock to others. It is all too easy to confuse and divide our brothers and sisters in Christ. I sincerely pray that the studies presented here will edify the 'Body of Christ'. I pray that anyone who reads these messages will be lifted up and encouraged.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

This is a collection of studies, not only my own, but studies presented by others who have been led by the Spirit of the Lord to share on various topics found in the scriptures.

God or Man?

by Claudina

Swift to Hear
by Pastor Wayne Dailey

It is not necessary for Christians to fall into a snare. If they do, it’s only because they refused to listen to the Lord when He warned them about it.

Those Who Are In Prison

    5. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

  2. 1 Corinthians 8:9-13 (KJV)
    9 But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.
    10 For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;
    11 And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?
    12 But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ.
    13 Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.
