1: No one is to play another's character. You have your own character so don't try to control someone else's. ^_^ 2: The only exception to number 1 is if you have written permission from the person who's sona you are playing and this needs to be written in the Notes section of the Header. 3: If you are going to be gone, post an LOA, a leave of absence, so people know you will be gone. Things happen, you go away, you need a break, we only ask you tell us. If you have a ranking sona there is a time limit to being gone unless it is something beyond your control. Please speak to the BoD about it. 4: We are a Pbem only. We do not post in Round-Robin, this is a full post club. 5: When posting please place the following Header in your story:

7: When creating a persona please remember that we don't want any super characters. We don't need another Hermione Granger running around. ^_^ 8: When you first join you may lurk for one week before you must post, if you have problems or are still confused about what to do, or maybe do not have an idea for a post, please contact me at Riptide@ocean-phantasy.net, and I will help you. 9: There are to be NO names from the books used for personas, other than those listed already. And yes, that means no one's last name can be Black or Granger, no matter how common they are in real life! This also means that we don't need some second cousin of Sirius showing up in the story either. ^_^ ( although I certainly wouldn't mind being his cousin!) 10: Students at Hogwarts are the following ages for their years:
Second: 12 Third: 13 Fourth: 14 Fifth: 15 Sixth: 16 Seventh: 17 11: You must have been a member for a period of one month and have one existing, active persona before you'll be considered for a Ranking persona. Ranking personas are staff and characters featured in the books by J K Rowlings. Ranking personas are listed on the site and have Ask BoD next to their names. 12: No flaming anyone. This is a game, and we are *not* (theoretically) our characters. All insults spurted from one character to another are not personal insults - unless the author stated it out right If this is the case the person will be dealt with accordingly. 13: No character has the right to be the center of attention all of the time. If a character goes out of his way -like magically appearing to ruin a private moment- this will not be tolerated in anyway, unless it was planned before hand between the authors! Joining in is fine! But butting in is not only rude, but also intolerable! Ask the authors, and most likely they will let you in on the post. 14: You must have at least 1 character to remain in this club. No joining and then sitting around. Maximum of 4 for the newest members until the founder has deemed them able to handle more. All characters must be approved. 15: All writings must take place in 3rd person content. We do not need to hear or see the story through anyone else's perspective except for the narrator's.
