2004 Stars Boosters at Rickwood Field, Birmingham
The Huntsville Stars Booster Club was organized in 1991 by a group of ten avid
fans. The club rapidly grew to be the largest in the Southern League and at the end
of the 2005 season had over 100 members.
The object of the Booster Club is
to promote, organize, and provide community and fan support to the representatives,
players, staff, managers, and coaches of the Huntsville Stars organization. We attempt
to provide Stars personnel a "home away from home." Monies collected from
membership dues, donations, and fund raisers support our loan closet. The loan closet
provides our players with household items for their apartments during their stay
in Huntsville.
Members of the Booster Club meet each month, March through October. All Stars fans are invited to join. Visit the
Booster Booth at the stadium, or contact Jim
Winkeler (Membership Chairperson).
We now have a membership
application online. You can print it out and mail it to the address on the application.
Membership
dues are $20 per family or $15 for an individual. Members of the club receive a monthly
newsletter as well as being entitled the opportunity to meet the Stars for fun, food,
and conversation at Booster Club events. These events are great fun and we have a
lot of participation from the players and staff. Click HERE

"Rocky" and "Eagle"
awards.
