Incubus - Make YourselfUmm, this album was kind of tossed up here because I can never make up my mind. One day I will like Make Yourself, another I'll like Morning View. I put this on here just because it is older. I might like Morning View more though. I'm not sure though. Look for this to change. Okay, anyway, I would like to say that I really like this album. I like the diversity of this album. While it may not rival something from the Beatles on album diversity, I believe it is still quite diverse, especially for an album coming out recently. I Brandon Boyd's voice. I think he is probably one of if not THE best rock singer out there today. And Mike Einziger is my favorite guitarist who is playing right now. I really like him. He has a great feel for making the song sound right, and he doesn't always throw in some weird guitar part that is showy. He's more for contributing to the betterment of the song. I really like that. But the thing is he can really really play. This is shown on S.C.I.E.N.C.E., which is a great album also. He shows that he could kick some ass then, and I'm sure he's just gotten better. He, as a guitar player, has great timbre, and he comes up with some crazy chord progressions. I love it. And their bassist and drummer are amazing. They are both phenomenal at what they do, and both of them taught themselves to play on their own. And about the DJ: all I can say is Incubus is the only band in which I think the DJ plays an important role. He isn't all showy and crap. Usually you don't even notice him, but he really adds a nice feel to the music, not to mention he provides all of the other sounds that are could not be played live by the band, such as the symphony on Aqueous Transmission. Either way, I really love them. Maybe they should be rated higher than they are. I don't know.

Stand out tracks: Privelege, Consequence, The Warmth, I Miss You, Pardon Me.

Yep. Laters.
