Music » Blackout
Word. Aside from "fat beats" and "dope rhymes," this album is still freakin' great. The really weird thing is: while this album has several great songs, there are some on the album that I don't like very much. Not that that is odd for an album to be like that, especially a rap album. Normally, a rap album has a few good songs and then a bunch of filler. I don't know, I might be crazy, but that's how I feel. Anyway, the thing about this album is that if I don't consider every song at least good, then it shouldn't be on my Top 20. But the crazy thing is that I think the good songs make up for the bad ones. Actually, as I think about it more, there are only a few songs that I don't really like, and they are towards the end, and I normally don't really listen to them that much. Anyway, I think "Da Rockwilder" is one of the best rap songs ever. Even though it is short, it kicks ass. Yeah, that's about it. Another cool thing about this album: they don't rap about killing and crap. It's mostly about weed and bitches. Stuff like that. I'm done.
Stand out tracks: Blackout, Mi Casa, Y.O.U., 4 Seasons, Da Rockwilder, Tear It Off, 1 2 1 2, Maaad Crew, Cheka.
You see, the thing is, if you smoke a blunt, this music is just cool. I can at least tell you that.
