EVIL DEAD 2 REVIEW

Evil Dead 2 was the film that introduced me to The Evil Dead series. At first, I thought this was going to be a gory, scary and poorly-made horror flick. Well, two out of three ain't bad! It was gory and quite scary but it was also damn funny! The jokes were sick and twisted, the slapstick (or 'splatstick' as some people like to call it) was hilarious and the eerie sense of something lurking in the cellar was creepy. Everything is truly brilliant about this film and the cast stay cheesy and over-the-top throughout. Overall, an excellent and thoughtfully put together horror film with all the extras you could ask for.
