Stefanina's Restaurant has become a landmark in O'Fallon. The Roderick family opened the family-owned and family-oriented
restaurant in 1981 with just two employees and a seating capacity for 60 customers. Today,
the restaurant supports 65 employees and has expanded to serve 175 customers.
Stefanina's Restaurant was originally located in the O'Fallon Square Shopping Center.
They had quickly out-grown that location and moved to their present location on Veterans
Memorial Parkway in O'Fallon. The Roderick family has experienced many changes throughout
the years, but one thing is constant, the loyal supportive customers who made their dream
a reality.
