Keep Microwave Clean
There's no splattering in your microwave oven when reheating foods
covered with wax paper.  Microwave ovens stay clean and scrub free.

Oven Bags Are Microwave Safe
Reynolds oven bags are made of heat resistant nylon which is microwave
safe.  Fish and seafood turn out moist and evenly cooked.
NOTE: I'm not their spokesperson, but I do use their products,
even here in Taiwan!

Microwaving Vegetables
When microwaving fresh vegetables, always cook at least 1/2 cup of vegetables
at a time and add 1 to 2 tablespoons water. Cover with wax paper to hold in just
the right amount of heat and moisture without steam build up.

Hot Sandwiches
Wrap sandwiches in wax paper for heating in the microwave. Sandwiches heat
quickly and the bread is soft, cheese is melted and meat is hot.

Speedy Microwaved Potatoes
Microwaved potatoes can be more than a plain baked potato.  Season
red potato wedges with olive oil, rosemary and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with wax paper to hold in the heat for quick cooking in the microwave.

Great Microwave Dessert
Desserts can be made in minutes in the microwave. Try microwaving sliced
apples with cinnamon sugar. Cover with wax paper to hold in enough steam
to cook the apples. Crumble oatmeal cookies over the top and you have
an easy apple crisp.

Soften Tortillas
To soften corn or flour tortillas, fold a sheet of wax paper in half;
place tortillas inside. Fold open edges up to seal packet. Microwave
on HIGH for 15 to 35 seconds.
