John's Page
This is John. He was the husband of Dorothy;
the father of Robin, Mike and Kim; the
grandfather of Stephanie, Jody, Brian,
Heather, Amy and Angie. He was a wonderful
man. Everyone who knew him knows that.
He was our hero and this is my tribute
to him. We all love you!!!
This is a poem for my Grandpa
Grandpa
In Memory Of My Grandpa, John William Thompson
Twelve years ago you were called away,
But I still think about you every day.
I miss the encouraging words you spoke to me,
You always told me I could do or be anything I wanted to be.
When you passed away, I gave up on everything, no longer wanted to be here,
Then I remembered your voice encouraging me on, nothing to fear.
I know you must be happy, Grandma is with you again, together as you should be,
And I hope when my time comes, you will both be there to greet me.
Grandpa, I still miss you and love you, always will forever,
I know our family will be reunited again and we'll all be together.
