	4 RECROSS-EXAMINATION
	5	BY MR. CORGAN:
6	Q	Mr. Gluba, would you agree with me that if we wanted
7	to know what the officers had done or what effect they
B	could of had on the crime scene itself, that this video we
9	saw really doesn’t tell us a whole lot in that regard?
10	A	I think it tells me a great deal.
11	Q	Well, it doesn’t show us where they’ve been, does it?
	12	A	It shows a great deal of movement at the crime scene;
13	it shows persons moving round through a couple of those
	14	rooms.
	15	Q	Doesn’t show where they’ve been?
16	A	It shows where they are at the time that the image is

	19	A	Correct.
20	Q	Doesn’t show if they’ve walked on items or where they
	21	walked?

	2	A	They’re in the area.
3	Q	My point is, sir, wouldn’t you agree with me that in
4	forming a vast number of conclusions you relied on part of
5	the information and not all the information?
6 MR. CARLSON:	Object, improper recross,
	7	Your Honor.
	8 THE COURT:	Sustained.
	9 MR. CORGAN:	That’s all.
10 MR. CARLSON:	That’s all we have.
11 THE COURT:	Thank you, sir. Step down.
12	Let’s take a recess, ladies and gentlemen, and don’t
	13	discuss the case.
