| Ok very few people know the "true story"
of how Jenny and Steve met. The going story
was we met through a friend at the gym, cause....
well let's face it... what else does Steve
do other then lift. So it was a fib, a little
white lie....
When Jenny and
Steve first met it was in December of 2000. They
met ..... through the internet. Yes, but not through one of those chat
rooms. They met via a personal ad Steve placed
on personals. He posted the ad several months
earlier and pretty much had forgotten about
it until December 29th, 2000 when Jenny sent
a response to his ad.
Yes, yes that dreaded internet is where
they first met. Take a breath I know it's a
shocker!
Jenny explained in her first e-mail that
she was in school at the CIA otherwise known
as the Culinary Institute of America. Which
just happens to be a 10 minute ride from
where Steve lived in Poughkeepsie.
On January 5th, Jenny was back at the CIA
and gave Steve her phone number at school.
Well they exchanged some phone calls then
Steve found the courage to ask her if she
would like to go out sometime and he suggested
maybe Saturday the 8th. And surprisingly
she said yes.
