8. Escaping the City Hepburn Springs/Daylesford

Someone told me Hepburn Springs/Daylesford was a hippyish. So I went up to check it out. There's a good new youth hostel.

Sat -went down all trails past the old mine workings on a mountain bike and museum

Sun - hitched upto the Sunday market, then biked upto the extinct volcano Mount Franklin, you couldn't see anything cos of the trees

Mon meant to hitch out, but ended up meeting heaps of interesting people
