Welcome to York St. John's Christian Union Website!

We're a group of Christian students, studying at York St. John College… in York, surprisingly enough! We come from loads of different churches and meet together regularly for prayer, Bible Study, teaching, worship and fun! We are affiliated to the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship (UCCF).

As Christians we believe in one God who created a perfect world. However, that world was spoilt by the bad things man did and this prevented man from having a relationship with God. So God sent his Son, Jesus, to die on the cross to take away the bad things we had done and to enable us to have a relationship with Him. We believe that it is only through belief in Jesus that we can have eternal life and have the hope of life in heaven when we die.
