BM in Love Bleed Green? Comic CD Bloopers In-Jokes

part three--worthwhile?
(or, "EH? I SHOULD GET THEM?")

Okay. So now that I've lambasted just about every aspect of the Biker Mice comic, I tell you to get them. Have I gone insane? Well, that's always a possibility, but no. I just realize that no matter what I say, you're probably still going to want to read these books for yourself. God knows reading a negative review like this wouldn't stop me from buying the comics. I mean, I could tell you that so much as thinking about these things will shorten your lifespan by five or ten years, and you'd still need to see it for yourself, because you want to see more Biker Mice stuff!
Also, please remember that not everything about these comics is bad. Even just the little details are cool to read about. Too, my taste may be drastically different than yours. My heart belongs to Japanese comics, with their sophisticated storytelling and cinematographic effects. When I don't see those, I don't like a comic as much. So yes, I'm biased. If you're more interested in traditional American-style comics, you might enjoy the Biker Mice comics more than I did.
Finally, it's not a big investment. You could probably pick up all three issues on E-bay for under $5. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for all three (not including shipping); shop around, and you'll probably find a better price. I ordered issues #1 and #2 from Mile High Comics, and last time I checked, they still had the back issues.
In the end, you may very well be disappointed by the comics. But you still ought to give them a chance. I remember when I first read issue #3, which I got when it was first published, I adored it. It was only later, when I started to examine them closely, that I started to dislike them. So give it a go. Check out the sources listed here, or my "Where to Get Biker Mice OnLine" page.

Finally, how could the comics have been better?
