Stephanie was able to speak directly to the manager of the resort, Avi, at length, and this is some more information that he provided us that you will not necessarily find on the website:

These condos are located in clusters throughout the resort. The condos of best value that we believe our guests will be most interested in are the Del Mar, the Colina and the Veranda properties. There are 40-50 condos in most of the clusters, but they have some differences you should consider. (Check out the map of the resort on our "Maps" page to get a better idea of the lay-out of the resort)

The Del Mar condos are located in 3 story condo buildings. To reach the top level condos you must walk up about 30 stairs- there are no elevators, so this is something to consider. The condos in this cluster are the only ones with an ocean view. However, they are furthest from the amenities such as the pool, beach club, golf course and Marriott hotel(about 500 yards).

The Colina and Veranda clusters are closer to the amenities, but only have golf course or canopy views. They are nearer to the gym, pools and bbq areas, as well as other amenities.

Each of the condos are large enough to be homes- many are 2000 square feet! The price of the rental includes daily maid service, consierge service (for tours etc), and use of the private beach club. The resort will also assist us in arranging private shuttles with bilingual drivers, from the airport to the resort for a very reasonable fee, if we choose.
