When I did the embroidery on the baseball caps, I used the wonderful, easy to follow, step by step instructions from Dee Beattie. I suggest you check them out if you plan on embroidering on caps. Dee uses a Brother machine, but I was able to follow the directions without any difficulty on my Viking Designer 1 machine. Click on the following link to go directly to her site.
