The course is open to anyone over the age of 18 years.  Please telephone to discuss students under 18 years of age.  No previous experience is required.

The week-end is relaxed and informal with a good mix of theory and practical exercises.  The aim is to have fun while learning a life changing skill.  Comfortable, casual clothes are preferable and please bring a cushion for support and comfort.  Liquid refreshment is provided.  You may bring a packed lunch, or make your own arrangements for eating.

Cost of the week-end course is £60

A course manual is presented at the end of each course to serve as a reminder to students when practicing their new skills.  Informal evenings can be arranged during which we can share experiences, experiment and keep in touch.  There is also an e-group for those students who have access to the internet - another great way of sharing and keeping in touch.

All students are welcome, free of charge, to refresher courses, by prior arrangement.

Please feel free to telephone or e-mail if you wish to discuss the course further or ask specific questions about the course.
