Torgger Olsen Aasland was born July 5, 1835 in Sandnes, Norway, the son of Ole Torgerson and Berta Ingebretsdatter.Helene Olsdatter Meling was born 1837 in Aamoy, Norway, the daughter of Ola Olsen Im and Elisabet Meling.
They were married April 12, 1867. She died March 25, 1922 and he died on May 13, 1924.
