Materials
The A.L.I. will provide all necessary xeroxes, but provision of any textbooks and dictionaries is the primary responsibility of the student.


Statement of Non-Discrimination
The A.L.I. does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its policies, procedures, and programs. 

Payment and Late Fees
Fees are calculated on a monthly--not hourly-- basis, and are due by the first of the month of instruction.  The minimum payment due is $100 per student monthly, with the balance to be paid off at the same rate after instruction ends.  A 10% (per family) late fee will be applied to all payments made after the fifth of the month.

Returned Checks
A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
No refund will be offered for classes missed by students, and there will be no refund for partial months of instruction.  An $8.00 per student per hour credit will be applied to the following month's statement if the A.L.I. cancels a class.

Extra-Educational Fees
The A.L.I. is not a child care service.  Parents who do not retrieve their children after classes in a timely fasion will be charged $5 per child per 15 minute delinquency period--payable in cash the day they are late--at the discretion of the A.L.I. instructor.

Liability Waiver
Individually and on behalf of my family members, I hereby give my consent to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the A.L.I., its teachers, and its representatives from any claim arising out of injury or condition caused by my refusal to obtain available medical treatment.
